The DA303A card is an analog to digital audio converter, utilizing 24 bit conversion technology. The analog stereo inputs are actively balanced, while the AES/EBU outputs are 75 Ohm unbalanced.

This unit may be programmed to generate AES digital signals at 48 kHz, 44.1 kHz, or 32 kHz sampling rates. Alternatively, the DA303A may be synchronized to an external AES reference signal.

The DA303A comes complete with a TB102 termination assembly which mounts on the rear of the MF100 or MF104 Serialboxx Frame directly behind the slot where the DA303A module is installed. The Phoenix pluggable screw terminals of the TB102 assembly are used for the analog inputs, the 75 Ohm AES digital outputs are available on the BNC connectors.
