The DA301A card is a digital audio distribution amplifier providing both AES digital and analog audio outputs.The DA301A has a built in DAC which uses 24-bit conversion technology.With a TB102 termination assembly installed, the DA301A provides four 75 Ohm AES outputs and two stereo analog outputs.

The DA301A is equipped with input cable equalization circuitry that may be activated by a push button switch. Status tallies along the front edge of the card indicate signal presence, eye pattern violation or loss of signal.

The DA301A can be installed in any position in the MF100 or MF104 Serialboxx frame.The TB102 termination assembly supplied with the DA301A card mounts on the rear of the frame directly behind the slot where the DA301A is installed.The stereo analog outputs appear on the Phoenix pluggable screw terminals of the TB102 assembly.The 75 Ohm AES input and output signal connections are made via 75 Ohm BNC connectors.
