The AMX6 comprises a 6-input mixer with master level control and two speakers in a compact 1RU package.

This unit is ideal for "hot mic" monitoring as required in certain intercom situations.Up to six monophonic signals can be proportionally mixed to suit the listening requirements, while the master level control sets the overall level of the two speakers .

The AMX6 is equipped with a front panel mounted TRS headset jack. Inserting a headset mutes the speakers while directing the monitor signal to the earpieces.Two uninterrupted outputs of the mixed signal are also provided on pluggable screw terminal connectors located on the rear panel. A front panel LED illuminates when the unit is plugged into an active AC power source.The AMX6 is equipped with an integral power supply ... no "wall warts".The power supply uses a high quality toroidal power transformer to minimize stray EMF interference.

All connections to the AMX6 are made on pluggable Phoenix™ screw terminals located on the rear panel.
