The RLM12 provides 12 stereo loudness meter pairs in a convenient two rack unit package. The meters display the average (VU) and peak content of multiple audio signals simultaneously. Each stereo meter includes a pair of "sticky" peak LEDs which may be set to display peaks that exceed a preset limit, as well as a phase correlation meter and status LEDs to display lock to signal or error.

The RLM12 meter assemblies are available in models that may be used to monitor either analog or AES digital audio signals. For AES audio, specify requirement for balanced (110 Ohm) or unbalanced (75 Ohm) AES digital audio inputs.

Set-up and calibration can be effected by using the dip-switches located on the rear panel. A write on strip on the front panel allows for identification of the meter sources.
